Biomass pellet production solutions:
Provide a complete set of equipment from wood chipping → crushing → pellet molding → RDF molding.
Single line capacity 5-30T/H optional, heat generation over 4500kcal/kg.
German BHS hydraulic system + Siemens PLC control, equipment cutting rate ≥95%.

Environmental regeneration project:
Garden waste→Mechanism charcoal: carbonization efficiency increased by 30%, smoke emission reaches EU 2019/1832 standard.
Municipal domestic waste → RDF fuel: intelligent sorting-crushing-molding integrated design, SRF calorific value ≥16MJ/kg.

Agricultural crop synthesis project:
Straw/straw/soybean meal/corn→feed pellets: equipped with cooling-packaging linkage system, moisture content of pellets ≤12%.
Oil crops → refined oil: screw press residual oil rate ≤5%, supporting multiple raw materials such as tea seed, peanut, rapeseed, etc.
