Grinder

Multi-stage alloy blade combination is adopted, and the crushing granularity is adjustable from 0.8 to 30 mm, which is suitable for raw materials such as branches, plates and wooden supports. It is equipped with dust removal and noise reduction design, with a production capacity of 3-20T/H and a discharging uniformity error of < 5%.

Dryer

The efficient hot air circulation system reduces the water content from 50% to 8%-12%, supports intelligent temperature control (50-200℃), saves energy by more than 30%, and is suitable for pretreatment of biomass raw materials such as sawdust and wood chips.

Biomass Ring Die Pellet Machine

Die-press wheel bidirectional pressing technology, the molding density is 1.0-1.4g/cm, the production capacity is 1-25T/H, it is suitable for raw materials such as straw and sawdust, the particle molding rate is ≥98%, and the energy consumption is reduced by 20% compared with the traditional machine.
