Q: What raw material can this briquette extruder process?
A: It works for powdery biomass like sawdust, bamboo powder, rice husk. Big wood pieces must be crushed first.
Q: Do I need a carbonization furnace together with this machine?
A: Yes, the machine produces raw green briquettes, carbonization furnace is required to turn them into finished charcoal.
Q: What moisture is required for input material?
A: Raw material moisture should keep 8‑12%, too wet will cause bad forming.
Q: Can I change charcoal rod diameter?
A: Yes, replace different mould head to get different briquette size.
Q: Is this machine complete production line?
A: This is only briquette forming host, crusher, dryer and carbonizing furnace are separate machines.
