Understanding the Machine
  • Step 1: Prepare raw materials, and the moisture content of wood for granulation is required to be 10%-18%.
  • Step 2: Crushing section: Primary crushing of raw wood, using 600 comprehensive crusher (power 55+4+3+1.5), with output of 4-5t/h.
  • Step 3: Crushing section: Crushing the crushed wood chips, which can use a forced feed pulverizer or a water drop pulverizer, as long as the production capacity reaches 3-5t/h.
  • Step 4: Drying section. If the moisture content of crushed raw materials is between 30% and 40%, a drum dryer is required, and the size of the drying drum for producing 1-2t wood particles per hour is 1.2m*12m.
  • Step 5: granulating section. Using 600 ring-die granulator, the power is 110kW, and the output is 1.5-2t/h
  • Step 6: Cooling the workshop section. Use a counter-current cooling dryer to cool the particles to prevent high-temperature cracking and prepare for the next packaging. The power is 5.5kw and the output is 1.5-2 t/h.
  • Step 7: Packaging section. Using automatic baler, the output is 400-600 packs/hour, 50kg/ pack.
  • Auxiliary equipment: electric control cabinet, dust collector, belt conveyor conveying system, hot blast stove, etc.
