1.Quotation Validity
All official quotations are valid for 15 calendar days from the issuing date. If the order is confirmed after the validity period, we reserve the right to adjust the unit price according to raw material cost and market fluctuation.
2.Payment Terms
A 30% deposit shall be paid once the order is confirmed. The remaining 70% balance needs to be fully settled before shipment. Flexible payment methods can be discussed exclusively for long-term and stable cooperative customers.
3.Production & Delivery
The exact delivery lead time will be specified in the proforma invoice. Production arrangement commences after we receive the deposit. We are entitled to adjust the production schedule in case of force majeure.
4.Warranty Policy
All machines enjoy a 12-month warranty starting from the date of shipment. The warranty does not cover quick-wear spare parts. Any equipment damage arising from incorrect operation, artificial damage and normal aging wear will not be within the scope of free warranty service.
5.Technical Support
We provide complete English operation manuals, step-by-step installation guides and lifelong online technical support. Overseas on-site installation, commissioning and training service can be provided through further negotiation.
6.Force Majeure
We will not bear any liabilities for delivery delays or losses triggered by wars, natural disasters, port congestion, international logistics disruption, national policy adjustments and all other events beyond reasonable control.
7.Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of this transaction shall be resolved through friendly negotiation at first. If an agreement cannot be reached through negotiation, relevant disputes shall be submitted for arbitration within China.
