Airflow dryer is a high‑efficiency flash drying equipment specially designed for biomass raw materials. It uses high‑temperature hot air as heat medium. Wet materials are fully suspended and stirred in the hot‑air pipeline, so moisture evaporates rapidly in a very short time.

Working Principle
Wet raw materials are fed into the machine by feeding screw. High‑speed hot air generated by heat source blows materials forward along the drying pipeline. Materials are fully dispersed and suspended inside the duct. Heat exchange happens between hot air and wet material surface. Water turns into water vapor and is taken away by exhaust air.
After drying, qualified dry materials are separated by cyclone separator and discharged. Waste humid air is exhausted. The whole drying process takes only several seconds.
