This multi‑functional straw chaff cutter provides 3 optional versions: standard chaff‑cutting model, straw kneading model and high‑blow discharge model.
It can process fresh green straw, dry crop stalks into soft fine forage for cattle, sheep, horse and other livestock feeding, and make high‑quality silage.
The high‑blow‑discharge version is fitted with a high‑rise blowing outlet, finished materials can be sprayed up to 3‑5 meters, saving extra labor‑handling work.
Mobile wheels and heavy‑duty manganese‑steel blades make this machine popular for medium‑large livestock farms and agricultural feed‑processing workshops.

Applicable Raw Materials
Corn stalk, wheat straw, rice straw, peanut vine, bean stalk, alfalfa, elephant‑grass and other green or dry crop straw. Finished products: short‑cut straw fragments / soft kneaded fibrous forage.
Optimal raw‑material moisture: 20‑65% for green silage straw; 10‑20% for dry hay straw.
Working Principle
Straw materials are sent into the cutting chamber through the roller conveyor belt.
High‑speed rotating blades chop long straw into short sections.
For kneading‑version machines, materials will go through secondary hammer‑kneading treatment to become soft fibrous forage.
The optional high‑blow discharge pipe can blow finished forage out and stack materials at a distance.
