This complete 5 tons per hour wood pellet production line is deployed in Bangladesh. Its core main machines are two sets of Model 650 vertical ring die pellet mills.
The full production flow consists of integrated comprehensive shredder, wood crusher, buffer silo, large rotary drum dryer, double storage silos, vertical ring die pellet mills, counter-flow cooler and automatic packaging machine in sequence.
The whole line features a high degree of automation, requiring only a small number of on-site workers for operation. This project maintains stable annual output with continuous running all year round.
