Standard quantitative packaging is an essential procedure for finished biomass fuel before export after pellet and briquette production. Our PL50 automatic packing machine is specially developed for biomass materials, perfectly compatible with wood pellets, bamboo pellets, straw briquettes, coconut charcoal blocks and other granular & block fuels.

This machine integrates automatic weighing, bag clamping, feeding, conveying and bag sewing in one unit. It can be directly connected to the rear end of the full biomass pellet line to replace manual packing work. It greatly cuts labor costs and keeps uniform bag weight. It supports 10–50kg woven bags and laminated bags, and is widely sold to biomass fuel factories in Africa, Europe and Southeast Asia.

4. Complete Working Flow

1. Cooled biomass pellets fall into the machine storage silo;
2. Operator puts empty bags on the clamping mechanism, the machine clamps the bag mouth automatically;
3. Two-stage uniform feeding, real-time measurement by weighing system;
4. Stop feeding automatically once target weight is reached and release the bag;
5. Conveyor transports bags to sewing station for sealing;
6. Finished packed bags discharge automatically for stacking and sea shipment.
